Trevor O'Sullivan - General Manager

Penny Sheppard - Recruitment Team Leader 

People management is one of Penny's greatest skills, acquired from managing over 60 staff at one of Sydney's major furniture outlets for many years. Theo Winter - Customer Service Manager 

Theo is a graduate of Macleay College and manages the customer service department at DTS. His responsibilities encompass support to the DTS recruitment and training divisions, as well as accounts, sales and marketing, right through to the service and management of the profiling distribution network. His strong interest in self development, psychology, NLP and psychometrics has lead Theo to become the youngest person in the world to be Level 1 Certified in TriMetrix – a leading edge selection and development tool.

Kanika Passi - Senior Recruitment Consultant 

Kanika is degree qualified in human resources. She brings to DTS a great amount of knowledge of the hospitality and retail sectors, to further strengthen the recruiting abilities of this dynamic team. Her sincerity coupled with a results focused approach for her clients and candidates has seen her develop a striking portfolio with executive level roles in industries that include pharmaceuticals, freight, and printing.

Candace Robertson - Recruitment Consultant  

Candace has recently completed her Honours degree with six months of study in France. This has allowed her to appreciate the importance of effective communication and understanding clients’ needs. Candace has had first hand experience in retail and franchise management, and also understands the value of outstanding customer service.
