DTS International began as Dougmal Training Systems – as set-up 25 years ago by our CEO, Doug Malouf. But today we just go by “DTS”.
Having also founded Dougmal Real Estate, Doug became popular for his fun and interactive brand of sales and communication training. From those early days as a modest training company, DTS has since expanded to provide wider people solutions including recruitment and profiling.
Doug is now recognised as one of the world’s best trainers and inspirational speakers. He has made over 2,500 corporate presentations, authored 9 books and there are more than 300,000 people worldwide using his ideas.
Trevor O'Sullivan - General Manager
In a little under 5 years Trevor has worked his way from packing and stacking books on shelves to the General Manager of DTS. He is the first Australian to be fully accredited in the TriMetrix System (the most complete tool for selecting, developing and managing talent in business). He is a member of an exclusive group of international consultants who meet twice a year to develop the latest thinking on human performance.
Trevor has worked with hundreds of managers throughout Australasia driven by his passion for helping business achieve maximum performance. He has worked with companies like Coates, Pretty Girl Fashion Group, AMP Banking, CapGemini, and the list goes on. Considered by his peers to be one of the leading individuals in human performance he is sought after in the areas of understanding individual behaviour, managing people and business performance through developing high performance teams.
